Meatloaf

How do you know that you’ve got an amazing Paleo meal? When the meal doesn’t taste like a Paleo meal. That being said–Introducing my favorite Paleo dinner: Meatloaf!

Ingredients:

1/3 Cup of Almond Flour
2 lbs of Ground Beef
1 Egg
1/2 of an Onion
1 1/2 Tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
1/2 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
16 oz of Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Pepper

Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Mix 8 oz of the Tomato Sauce, 1 Tablespoon of the Italian Seasoning, and the rest of the ingredients together.

 

Step 3: Place meat into a bread pan and let cook for 1 hour.

Step 4: While meatloaf is in the oven, mix remaining of Tomato Sauce and Italian Seasoning to make sauce.

Step 5: Let meatloaf sit for 5 minutes after completed. Serve and enjoy!
